Liquid and debris Meta Quest 3 - USB 3.2 vs 3.0

I read a lot of post related to this issue here. In my case it started yesterday, plugged the usb cable and bang, it was the 1st time I saw that and of course no liquid or debris... my 1st assumption it could be something the the cable, so I plug a common (short) usb cable it worked (even with a 3.0 it the Meta was complaining it wasn't). So I got an adapter and tried the original long cable in the same usb 3.0 port, it worked, again yellow light warning for meta in Meta Link. 

With the 3.2 i plugged back my phone to test if that usb is somehow with defect, no, it works, only happens my Meta Quest 3 rejecting due "liquid and debris" issue.

My Meta was updated to version 2.3 and this was my 1st attempt to try PC VR since this version.

Can I downgrade it?
