locked out of admin user
my son had a quest 2. he gave it to a friend when he got a quest 3, but he didn't reset the headset.
He was having issues logging in to his normal user so he created a second account. lets call them user 1 and user 2
I deleted the meta app off my phone and now he cant access the store or play online (i think?)
I have reinstalled the app and logged on, reconnected the device to my app. the next troubleshooting step was forgetting the Wi-Fi and reconnecting but the headset said I don't have permission to do that.
i think his 'user 1' is the admin, but he's never used it on the quest 3 and cant access it. when i try to access user 1 it says 'something went wrong' so i click 'generate device code'. the page appears to refresh but nothing else happens.
is there a way to reestablish connection to the internet and store?
