Locked out of all my accounts

I'm locked out of all of my accounts have been since Monday I can't get a hold of anyone no one is responding and this is really irritating. I should not be locked out of something that I purchased I should not be locked out of my games that I purchased if you all don't want me on Instagram then take that account away I don't care cuz it's not that serious but as far as my Oculus you guys are wrong all the way around I can't even use it I don't know how to get back in it I don't know how to reset it because I keep getting this eight letter code to put in my phone but it doesn't pull up so I would like you all to unlock my account and let me back in or refund my money

    I've been sending messages I have been going in different things and sending messages because I was locked out of my account I can't do anything with my Oculus I can't get into a Facebook I can't get into anything that has to do with meta really and I am tired of playing this game I don't know what's going on no one is telling me anything and I need to know what you guys are going to do to get me back in my account because when I go on my Oculus it said that I was logged out of my account. So what can you guys do to help me get back in?

      This depends on which account you got locked out of first. If it was your meta quest account contact the meta support group here, you can find the link, however if you were locked out of your Facebook account first, then you have to contact FB support.

    My Facebook and Instagram profiles were suspended out of the blue nearly 2 weeks ago while being overseas and being cut off from my family and friends was really tough for me i've been trying to find the FB appeal page cant cant get into it can you send me a copy through my email address?

        I cannot hit the links to go into either one because Facebook says they need to identify me by my identity  I've done that twice. I filed an appeal on the 5th they locked me out of my account for no reason and from Reading I'm seeing other people are having the same problem I don't know what you guys are doing who's supposed to be doing this but you guys need to do better because people pay too much money for this and like I said you're messing with my mental health. And does it matter which one locked you out because it came across my Instagram and that's the first thing that locked me out and everything else just followed like Domino's. But my Oculus says logged out and I did not log out.
