Logging into a new account on meta quest 3

My instagram account got banned for no reason last night and my meta quest 3 was connected using that account and when i tried using my vr today it wouldnt work so I tried logging in with a new account. After creating the new account I went to the http://www.meta.com/device page to log into my new account and everything was going fine until i got up to the part where I had to enter the code shown on my vr which is the 6 Digit one and I was met with a invalid code message and it wouldnt let me log in. Yes I tried doing the whole process over and over 3 times but no it didnt work each and everytime. Somebody please help me.

    Have you tried logging in to Meta Account Centre (either via the web or the Meta Horizon app on your phone) and unlinking your Instagram account?
