Lost Access to Meta Account (No Verification Code Received)

Hi everyone,

We lost access to our Meta account used for a university VR lab (Quest 2). Password is correct, but we don’t receive the verification code on the registered phone number, and we no longer have recovery codes.

The account was logged in on multiple devices for lab use. This is urgent because it’s needed for ongoing classes and research.

Has anyone dealt with this or knows how to recover access in this situation?

    The verification code goes to your email. Or at least it does on my account.

    Thank you for your response. I will try contacting Meta Quest Support.
    Yes, the issue is with the two-step verification. I have already received the code sent to my email, but I did not receive the verification code sent to the registered phone number.
