Lost account

So I lost my instagram account and it was deleted as well as my meta account which was connected together now the meta quest 3 is glitched and it won’t let me get into another it’s only letting try to sign back in for the lost account

    Have you tried logging in to Meta Account Centre (either via the web or the Meta Horizon app on your phone) and unlinking your Instagram account?

    PS. this is why I never trust linking accounts together!
