Mass issue

So I’ve been inside this group chat for a year now and we have about 18 different people up inside the group chat we have been having an huge issue for our quests3’s and 3s, we can only chat up inside group chats and we can’t start up calls like we used to I’ve tried to reach out to support but factory reset hasn’t work I’ve tried swapping WiFi’s and my phone is paired and is also up to date with the latest IOS update I will like for you to please reach out to mailto:d****@****.com if I don’t reply sooner I would just love to chat with my friends in a call then having other people hear our conversation please and thankyou.

    This is the public community website, there is no official support here. If I were you, I'd remove your email address before the spambots find it.

    Please take steve_40 advice quickly. Why are you putting your email on this public forum? You don't want other people to hear your conversation and the next moment you completely expose your identity and compromise your security. A real Darwin Award moment there 😂
