Meta horizon app keeps freezing on same error message when I log in

Every time I open the meta horizon app and log into me account, I see the same message.

 “RelayNetwork: No data returned for operation ‘OCProfileNavigationButtonQuery ‘, got error(s): (No errors)

see the error ‘source’ property for more information.” This is incredibly frustrating as I cannot pair the app to my quest 2 which I recently had to factory reset due to issues with downloading and internet connection.

  • Please for the love of all that is holy let me know if you find a solution!!!! This is happening with me on the MQ3s right now.

      We understand how frustrating it must be to repeatedly encounter this error when trying to use the application, and we would be more than happy to help resolve it.

       

      Here are a couple of steps that often help resolve the issue:

       

      • Reinstall the app and clear your Bluetooth cache:  This can refresh the connection and clear out any glitches.
      • Check your network connection: A stable internet connection makes a big difference. If possible, try switching to a different network to see if that helps.

  • this is happening on the meta horizon mobile app (ios). it's absolutely frustrating.
