Meta Horizon App Stuck

I'm setting up my new Meta Quest 3 and I downloaded the app on my phone, however whenever I boot it, it's stuck on a black screen and does nothing

  • I managed to get mine working after about a few tries, my solution was updating to the newest operating systems of my phone (IPhone iOS 18.7.2), deleating the app, powering off my phone, then redownloading it, be warned that the order may vary but after about 3-4 tries it worked

    You've mentioned that you're experiencing issues with the Meta Horizon app. Not to worry, we'd love to help you with this. 

     

    Firstly, could we ask you to delete the app and then reinstall it again? Please ensure it is the most up to date version. Once this has been done, restart your phone.

    I'm also running into this issue.  Troubleshooting steps tried:
    - Cleared app cache/storage.
    - Rebooted my phone.
    - Uninstalled, rebooted my phone, reinstalled (which should also ensure the app is on the latest version).
    - Ensured my phone is on the latest Android version (16, build BP3A.251005.004.83).

    Given that two users are experiencing the same exact issue within an hour of each other, it makes me think the issue is with the app.

      Make that 3 users. I've tried everything you tried as well. Pretty frustrating I can't use my meta quest 3 because it requires a dumb app to use.
