Meta logo button not working

Hi all, On my Meta 3, the meta logo button on the right-hand controller doesn't work. When I press it, the tiny LED flashes, but it doesn't bring up a menu, etc. To get out of an app or game, I have to do a power off/on. Any ideas? Many thanks .
