Meta Quest 2, Connected to device, Can't provide internet

Ive had my meta quest 2 for over a year and this isn't the 1st time it has happened, this is like the 5th time it has happened and its getting on my nerves, meta quest support isnt helping, Google isnt helping and the issue isnt my internet or router because it works perfectly fine with everything else. Its happened 5 Times and each time I couldn't fix it, I would just have to wait it out which is usually 2-4 months just so it can fix itself, I don't want to keep waiting I want to fix the issue, someone anyone please. Its getting on my nerves.  And no the simple issues like "Restart your Internet Router" Or "Reboot your Meta Quest" aren't working
