Meta quest 2 saved internet but never connects

My quest 2 has been telling me that the wifi is saved but never connected and I have tried

Disconnecting and reconnecting internet from the meta quest 2/router 

Factory reset

Forgetting network

Restarting meta quest 2/router

Almost anything you can think of and now I can't even set the quest 2 up anymore because it needs that internet but it will only say saved and will not connect at all anything that I could try to fix this problem or could I use a file to fix I have no computer to use either

    Gitchwolf454 you're severely limited in options by not having a PC . Have you tried connecting to an alternate WiFi signal like a phone WiFi hotspot?

    Does the Q2 still have any warranty? It's always worth contacting support

      I have tried connecting to other Wi-Fi signal I even tried Ethernet thinking it might work but was proved wrong and I think the warranty expired because my quest 2 is not the newest headset my headset has the oculus logo instead of the meta logo would it help if I know the serial number and model revision

        Gitchwolf454 I would try to get access to a PC, perhaps a friend's or library to install the meta update tool which may fix the issue.

    I have now tried this and I has not done anything the only way right now is a mobile hotspot which means it can't be my connection but what could it be then
