6 months agoGitchwolf454 you're severely limited in options by not having a PC . Have you tried connecting to an alternate WiFi signal like a phone WiFi hotspot?
Does the Q2 still have any warranty? It's always worth contacting support

I have tried connecting to other Wi-Fi signal I even tried Ethernet thinking it might work but was proved wrong and I think the warranty expired because my quest 2 is not the newest headset my headset has the oculus logo instead of the meta logo would it help if I know the serial number and model revision

Gitchwolf454 I would try to get access to a PC, perhaps a friend's or library to install the meta update tool which may fix the issue.
