While wearing the headset press the power button briefly - headset goes in sleep mode.
Press the button again to wake it up and see if that fixes the issue.
If not, try if restarting the headset can fix the problem...... maybe even several times.
This worked for other users.
Also, report the bug, using the "bug" button in the headset.

Thanks for the suggestions, but we've tried all that. No "bug button" available as menu is inaccessible.

Yeah, I meant after you got it back by restarting๐ ..... which apparently isn't working.
You can report the bug also from the mobile app.
Maybe try if factory restting can fix that and bring the menu back.
