Meta Quest 3 CABLE LINK USB 3.0 not working

I've been using my Meta quest 3 headset for over a year now on a much older computer with bare minimum specs. As of recent, i updated my entire computer, and had no issues for a month. As of the last 2 weeks, my headset link has been disconnecting frequently, to the point i have to change which usb slot my headset connected to. Now, my headset will not find a link connection in ANY usb 3.0 port in my computer, and will only work at lower quality in a usb 2.0 slot. 

I will re-iterate, i had no issues with this specific issue previously on an older computer, and was fine for a month with my new one. Everything connects to my PC fine, so i know its not my usb ports.

I have checked all my computer hardware components with what is and isn't supported, + minimum required components for Quest link - to which my pc is much above the minimum required specs.

My meta quest link app has also been frequently telling me my "Pc doesnt meet the minimum requirements", which again - i cross checked the minimum requirements and supported components and everything should work fine.

I'm running 32GB of DDR5, GEFORCE NVIDIA RTX 5070, and an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor
