Meta quest 3 crashing my hub

Hi, when I cast to the tv the meta quest 3 works for about 30 seconds then it all crashes. My internet speed is around 30 but suddenly the whole thing crashes, internet speed registers around 0.7.  What is wrong, is there an issue with the hub or a fault on my meta quest 3. If anyone has any ideas would be appreciated
