Meta quest 3 Link stuck on loading

My meta quest 3 gets stuck on the loading screen when starting a Link using the Link cable. I have tried restarting everything, reinstalling meta quest link and factory resetting the headset but nothing works. When i try Meta Quest Link sends me a notification saying "Meta Quest Link not working correctly"(translated). This was not the case before. I think it may have something to do with the update from november 24th.

    We've just come across your post regarding the issue you are having with your Meta Quest 3 headset when using the Quest Link cable. We want you to have the best possible experience in the world of VR, so we thought we'd lend a hand.

     

    Thank you for stating the exact error message you are receiving and what troubleshooting steps you have attempted so far, including restarting your PC and reinstalling the Meta Quest Link. Please attempt the following steps:

     

    • Restart the Meta Quest Link app
    • Repair the Meta Quest Link app
    • Manually re-install the Meta Quest Link app (ensuring that all related files have been deleted from the file explorer)

    To run a repair for the Meta Quest Link app:

     

    1. Download and run the Meta Quest Link app installation software (meta.com/quest/setup/)
    2. You will see a screen which says, "Already Installed"
    3. Click the "Repair" option and confirm again on the next screen

    Please let us know if this has resolved the issue you are facing, as we want you to enjoy PCVR again as soon as possible!
