Meta Quest 3 non detected by PC

Hello,

I've recently bought a Meta Quest 3 512 Go VR headset with the official Occulus cable.

If the headset wroks well in stad alone mode, i can't succeed in using PC link (cable or Airlink).

I've tried severals times to reset to factory. Graphic card is up to date, like Meta link software and headset with the latest drivers.

I've deactivated firewall of W11. I have no antivirus.

When I try to enter VR link mode, the meta logo appears and that's all. I tried PC link with the meta cable and with Airlink mode. Same result. I have a notification that says me y headset is not connected to my PC...

In the meta link software, the headset status is green.

I've comeback to the store, and they made some tests with another cable and my headset, it works. They tried with my cable and another headset, and it works.

I searched on the web, but all tips founded not work....

My config is : Intel i7 - 14700k with 64Go, RTX 4080 Super, SSD 2 To, usb port 3.0, wifi 6.
