This glitch has been happening for far too long, spanning across the Quest 2 as well. Link disconnects from pc (connected physically via cable) and can't reconnect until I restart my PC. This is annoying and I expected this problem to be fixed ages ago.
That's a completely unrelated issue to this thread, which is about USB file transfer. The disconnects you are talking about are possibly due to the last couple of nvidia driver updates.
