The connection USB- C Link doesn't work. My computer can't detect my devices, either with the original cable or with any other. Is there a new solution for this problem? It was working fine until the new V79 update.

enabeling PTC in the pc app solved the issue for many users..... unfortunately not for all. You must try if it works for you.
Open the link app - settings - beta - toggle public test channel.
The app will now update to v81 and your cable link should - hopefully - work again. Maybe restart pc and headset after the update.
