enabeling PTC in the pc app solved the issue for many users..... unfortunately not for all. You must try if it works for you.
Open the link app - settings - beta - toggle public test channel.
The app will now update to v81 and your cable link should - hopefully - work again. Maybe restart pc and headset after the update.
