I purchased EarFun Air Pro 4+ earbuds and they work flawlessly in LE-mode. Creative Zen Air Plus uses Mediatek chip which doesn't seem to be compatible. EarFun uses Snapdragon chip which works.
At least that's the info I have been gathering from different sources. I hope this is of any help for anyone.
