TechMan.20001900 The Quest 3S has it's own built in headphones, so you do not need to purchase any.
Having said that, if you still want to use headphones to not disturb others then this thread maybe handy -

I’m not sure why this was an “accepted solution when it’s clear if someone wants to use headphones. There’s a reason for it. For example, since getting a headset extension / comfort addition - I find it hard to hear voices in worlds now. Not as loud as before. With headphones I now hear them crystal clear AND can have a much louder volume than the headset would allow.
so in answer to the OP, yes you can get headphones if you have such issues like me, and there’s plenty to choose from. I went from bluetooth ones.

If you read the first post carefully, you'll notice that he doesn't want to use headphones. He asked if headphones are required to use the headset.
The solution is absolutely the right answer to the question!
