Meta quest black screen

So I have gotten a update to go through my quest 3 by computer and I heard the menu and heard the song that plays when powering it up and I see the volume button icon but it still charges boot menu appears and IS on I need help to fix this

    Experiencing problems when your display has a plain black screen can be far from ideal, especially when you've just got back home after a hard day and all you want to do is to just enjoy some of your favorite games through the Metaverse! We would love to provide you with the support needed so you can continue to play those games we all love so much, for that we will provide you with a few steps below we would appreciate it if you could attempt them:

     

     

    1. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect boot (such as external battery packs, accessories that plug into the USB-C port, etc.)

     

    2. Hard Reboot the headset

    • Hold down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound

     

    3. If the boot-up sound is not heard:

    • Hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
    • Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button.
    • Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
