Meta Quest Headset

My phone was updated so I lost connections to some of my apps. I tried to reconnect my quest headset but after entering the code it doesn't recognize my email address even though I know it is correct. I was able to add a new email but it is still not working with either email. Does anyone have suggestions to resolve this issue?
