Meta Quest Link latency
Hi, I am experiencing latency on my controllers via link. I'm assuming this is linked to some gpu setting being on and was wondering if anyone knows some tweaks to fix this?

ziggymc What are your PC specs mate (CPU/GPU, win10/11)? Pretty hard to suggest anything if you don't at least include these imho. Cheers.
I5-10300H, RTX 3050 (laptop), windows 11 home. I didn’t have any problems before could run 90 frames and 1080p smoothly and then something happened and now 72 frames with some controller delay
