Meta Quest Pro Controllers Offset Tracking

I have had the meta quest pro controllers since 2023 and they just started acting up a while back, recently they have been having a about 11 inch offset Infront of my face and when doing a 360 they try their best to stay in the place. But the thing is that I can still move it forwards and back it's just very inconvenient and very hard to do anything. If anyone knows a solution to fix this, I would be delighted if you could leave a reply. Thank you!
