Meta quest pro, left controller not turning on

Just to note, im not looking for fixes but asking for a replacement

if it helps.. The vibrations on the controller are not active the moment i put it on the charging stand, and when i try to pair it, the controller glows green four times, then glows blue once.

Nothing else happens after that.

I've tried contacting support for a replacement but my serial number apparently "doesn't exist"

Conveniently there happens to be no call center and i feel like im out of options

Any help wpuld be appreciated
