Meta Quest Pro left controller refuses to connect to headset

Hi Meta Community,

I'm having an issue with my Meta Quest Pro where the left controller refuses to connect to the headset and is essentially not working. Both the headset and controllers are updated to the latest software available. I have tried rebooting and re-pairing, but the left controller still won't connect.

Unfortunately, my device is out of warranty, so I’m wondering what options I have.

Does Meta offer any kind of out-of-warranty service or refurbished left controllers for situations like this? Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.

    • Remove the batteries for 30 minutes. Try new batteries.
    • Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect the controller's connection. For example, controller covers, controller attachments, etc.
