Thank you for reaching out about the problems that your having with installing the Remote Desktop app.
It is possible that the Quest has only recently started to support ArM processors last year, and if you haven't already looked into the Mixed-Reality Link required, you can find the info- Here.
 

We at Meta Store Support would suggest trying the following general steps to see if that improves your experience with the Remote Desktop app.

 

1. Restart Devices:

Restart your Meta Quest headset, your Windows PC, and your Wi-Fi router to refresh the network connection. 

 

2. Check Network Connection:

Verify that your Meta Quest and your Windows PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. 

 

3. Disable VPN:

Disconnect from any VPN service, as it can interfere with network connections. 

 

4. Check Firewall/Antivirus:

Temporarily disable your PC's firewall and antivirus software to see if they are blocking the connection. 

 

5. Update all apps and firmware on both the headset and PC.
