Meta quest USB 3 connection with pc is dead .Change my mind or tell me how to fix it.

I have tried everything ,except buying original  cable from meta company,trying pcie USB card.why? Coz I was discouraged by the number of failed attempts and the lack of concrete solutions from metaquest support. On the forums, even these changes didn't always solve the problem; I usually read, "Use Wi-Fi. It's okay,but why do I see these ads like buy cable... isn't it just a scam? Why is this tolerated?
