Same boat, just got my headset paired to my PC, I run 2 monitors every day, one ultrawide landscape and one portrait, but all I get in MR is a single 1080p display, which is not particularly useful. I was totally expecting the ability to see my actual real displays along with adding virtual screens. Is this not in fact the idea behind this? Or maybe it's coming?

Found it. In MR, point at your main display and a Settings cog appears in the lower right corner. From there you can add displays! I can add up to 3.
BUT... here's the dealbreaker for me. It can't handle portrait. You can change it in Windows, but it doesn't work... it stays landscape but the resolution gets all mucked up. To really truly be useful for daily work, it needs to support portrait!
Still, having up to 3 landscape displays in my headset is still very cool

Same issue here. Have 4070super i7 so it can't be specs. I only see sound settings, but no add monitor option. Any ideas

I was having the same issue, but after rebooting my Quest 3, I can now use my controller to click the settings wheel that pops up in the bottom right corner of the Remote Desktop window and add up to 3 displays

the problem is that the settings do not even have ADD DISPLAY option

It's not located in "Settings". Once you see your primary display in VR, point your VR cursor at the virtual display, and a cog will appear in the lower right. That's where you add displays.

I'm unable to create multiple screens with the "windows app". I am able to create multiple screens with the
"remote desktop" app. millie1parsons is it possible you are confusing the two? I have the cog wheel on the "remote desktop app" This is the older program for windows 10 machines that requires a meta client running on the machine. Not to be confused with the "windows mixed reality link" app.
