First we would like to ask some more questions so we can get a better understanding of the problem.
- Are you experiencing this issue with both controllers?
- Are you using the controller(s) with a Quest Pro, Quest 3, or Quest 2 headset?
- Are you using any third-party accessories on your controllers?
- What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
- Can you see any lights on your controller that are on (blinking or solid)?
