My controllers won’t pair

I tried factory resetting my oculus and I have tried many other things like holding down b and the oculus button and it won’t pair it was working fine but after I changed the batteries it wouldn’t seem to turn on.

    Did the controllers light up when you changed the batteries?

    Just asking...... maybe you put the batteries in the wrong way?

    • Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.
    • Replace the controller battery with a fresh one.
    • Check the LED status (blinking, solid, or no light at all).
