Ok so ive been at this for about 3 hours how. Ive cleaned my HDMI port and cable incase that was the problem but nothing is working. The both controllers are on and working and the sensors are to. I can see my screen in the headset to but when i go to set up the headset and stuff it says USB3 (checkmark) and then no HDMI connection ( red X)

We understand you are having some issues with your cable not connecting your Rift to your PC. We would first of all recommend removing any 3rd party accessories and trying multiple cables to try and make sure it is not a cable issue, rather than an issue with the headset. Also make sure that the Rift is directly plugged into the primary dedicated graphics card without using an adapter.
