Oh my god....that thing is nuts!! It's really going crazy. Maybe you broke a sensor. I suppose you tried removing the battery and putting it back in, and wiggled the toggle around. Hope you get it fixed. π€π€

If removing the battery or performing an exorcismπ doesn't help and you're still under warranty, contact support.
They might be accommodating and give you a replacement, although damage caused by hitting the controllers usually isn't covered by the warranty.
