We appreciate that you have tried restarting the headset, as this is a great step to take. The blue light can indicate that the controller is trying to update, so we have some steps we would like you to follow, as these have helped many others, and we hope they will help you too:
- Ensure that the controller is charged for 60+ minutes.
- After charging, use the mobile app to unpair the controller from the headset.
- Restart your Meta Quest headset by turning it off and leaving it off for 5+ minutes.
- Power the headset back on, and use the mobile app to pair the controllers to the headset once again
