My Left Quest Pro controller randomly stopped working

Hi I'm hoping to get some help on this topic but i bought brand new quest pro controllers not that long ago and they have barely been used haven't been banged but my left one stopped working after i put it on charge once I've tried everything I've tried updating the headset, unpairing the controller, letting the controllers battery drain fully pressing the buttons to reset it but it wont work fully I've checked and the controller will charge to its full capacity and it shows on the app on my phone that its connected to the headset but  when i look on like the first settings page on my VR it keeps showing the left controllers percentage like appearing and disappearing as if its connecting to the headset then disconnecting itself but at the same time the app on my phone shows that its paired and working with the headset and i don't think it would be the headset either because I've always been careful with the headset as well with the controllers so if someone from meta could help that would great thanks :D

    You said, you bought the controllers just recently, so you have still warranty on them.

    I would definitely contact Meta Support as Choleni suggests. I have actually seen a few random posts with the same problem of dead left controller on Quest 3 and 3s. It just might be a bug. You didn't specifically mention trying the Meta Software Update tool with your pc. If you haven't tried it, give it a go. If it doesn't work or you've tried it already, don't waste time and return them for a new set.
