My metaquest3 failed to connect to the internet but entered the update screen

When I was setting up the network, it required a login verification. But when I opened the login page, it said the time wasn't updated, so I couldn't access the website. Then I clicked the option saying the network was already set up. I didn't know how to update the date, and somehow it went into an update screen. Now it seems to be updating even without internet. It's been stuck on 'estimating update time' for a long while with no change. How can I cancel this? I've tried shutting down and restarting, but it still goes back to the update screen after rebooting.
