Hey Coraljagl,
The Oculus Go was an important stepping stone in the lifecycle of not only Oculus but VR as a whole, and we'd like to thank you for being an early adopter of this new reality!
While support for the Oculus Go has ended, we still want to ensure you can make the best of your device.
Can we ask when this issue started occurring? Were you able to pair the controllers before?
If you're pairing your controllers for the first time, can you confirm your headset's setup process is fully complete?
Additionally, here are a few steps which may help:
- Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.- Replace the controller battery with a fresh one
- Check the LED status (blinking, solid, or no light at all)
Looking forward to hearing from you!
