Pairing issues are never ideal but don't worry, we're here to help you get back into the Metaverse as quickly as possible.
First, please ensure that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your Quest 2 and iPhone, and that both devices are connected to the same network.
We then recommend restarting your Quest 2 and iPhone. To restart your headset, press and hold the power button until you see the Power off screen then select Restart.
Finally, make sure your headset is up to date as this may help resolve this issue. Updating the software will not affect any data saved on your device, including app progress and settings. To update your software, please click here for a step-by-step guide.

You can try if using an Android device will work for the setup.
It does not have to be yours, maybe you can borrow one from a family member or from a friend.
