    Hi Cube6!

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We can see that you are experiencing problems with your right controller not tracking properly. We understand that experiencing any issues with your headset that prevent you from fully enjoying the VR world is never ideal, so we want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible!

We can see that you have already tried some troubleshooting steps yourself, including factory resetting the device and removing the batteries for 30 seconds. We really appreciate it!

As the issue still continues, we would recommend to try these steps:

    1. Check the Basics:

    • Lighting: Make sure the play area is well-lit, but avoid direct sunlight which can interfere with tracking.
    • Obstructions/Reflective Surfaces: Remove any potential obstructions like Christmas lights or reflective surfaces (mirrors, windows).
    • Battery: Verify that the controllers have a sufficient charge. Low battery can cause tracking issues. If possible replace the batteries.
    • Clean Tracking Cameras: Ensure the tracking cameras on the headset are clean. Check our public article about how to Clean your Meta Quest devices.

    2. Controller Pairing and Updates:
