My vr doesn't respond to the hand controllers anymore

I have had this for 2 months and I can't use it anymore.  I replaced the batteries I've cleaned them. I don't know how to get the head set to respond with the hand controllers help anyone? The screen randomly sends me to a black screen saying searching for my movement.

    My controller do not turn on also. My headset works fine, but even after switching the batteries, the controllers wont turn on or respond at all. I hope we hear back soon.
