Need help please not a PC guru

I have a meta quest cable for my quest 3 headset, but my pc only has tge older type USB A 3.0 sockets,, can you please advise me on a adapter so I can use the cables USB C to connect to my Pc's USB A socket? A link to an adapter on Amazon would be very helpful, thanks to anyone who could advise
