Need to unlink a sold Quest 3S; wrong promo shows on my Quest 3

Hi! I previously owned a Quest 3S and sold it. I now use a Quest 3 with the same Meta account. 
However, my profile still shows the 3S and I keep seeing a banner like “because of your Quest 3S purchase, 3 months free…”. 
I don’t see any option to remove the old 3S from my account.

What’s the correct way to unlink the old headset and make sure the offers/subscriptions are applied to my Quest 3?

Things I’ve tried: signing out/in, pairing the Quest 3 again.  
Region: US. iPhone app user.

    Hey there Yersonmrtz

     

    Using your Meta account, you can perform a remote factory reset of your Meta Quest even if you don't have physical access to your device. Removing the data from your Meta Quest can help protect your account and personal information.

     

    To remove your data from a Meta Quest remotely:

     

    1. On a computer or mobile phone, navigate to https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/
    2. Choose your headset from the list of devices.
    3. Click DELETE DEVICE DATA or FACTORY RESET.
    - If you can't see this option, your device's software version may not support remote factory reset.
    4. Complete the verification flow to confirm your identity.
    5. Once the factory reset is complete, your device will disappear from the list.
    6. Your headset will be factory reset the next time that it comes online.

    Hi Yersonmrtz​ 🙂

    the Horizon+ subscription - or any other subscription or game - is tied to your account, not to the headset.

    Means, after redeeming the free 3 months trial you can use it with any device on said account.
