Same issue here. No power to controllers. Played it 4 or 5 times and then it sat for a couple of months. Put in fresh batteries but the controllers won’t power up. Tried more new batteries - same thing. Can’t factory reset or re-pair (already unpaired) because it doesn’t appear like there is any power to the controllers. Help help help - not ready to throw in the towel and spend a couple hundred bucks on replacing controllers that haven’t made it a year….. thanks!
Hey 22Iowa! If you bought your controllers new less than a year ago, you'll probably be able to get a warranty replacement! You should reach out directly to support🍒
