New device connexion

I own an Oculus 1 headset that works perfectly fine.
I just bought a second-hand Oculus 2 headset. It was factory reset by the seller.
To initialize it, I turned it on, entered the Wi-Fi password, completed two or three updates, and it displayed a 6-digit code that I need to enter on my phone in the Meta Horizon app.
So, I installed the app on my smartphone, and it immediately recognized my Oculus 1 (battery level, etc.), but I can’t connect the Oculus 2.
I also installed the app on my PC and connected everything with a cable (USB 2, as I don’t have USB 3).
The PC recognizes the headset, but the headset remains stuck on the screen with the 6-digit code.
It suggests connecting to an organization, but I’m not part of one ;)

Do you have any ideas to help me out of this situation?

Apparently, you bought a device that was owned by an organization and though it was factory resetted, it has not been released from the admin center.

You won't be able to set up the Quest, unless they've released it.

You must contact the seller, maybe he simply forgot this step...... hopefully.

This is also wrong, to pair the Quest to the Horizon app, it should show you a 5-digit code.🤔

Won't work......you can't link the Quest to pc before you haven't finished the initial setup, which is pairing to the phone app.🤷‍♀️
