I can confirm that as of now, I'm still having the issue. Frustrating, as right now my headset is a $500 paperweight. I'm praying that they get this fixed soon because JESUS

Hi @Serenity.Solstice,
We never like to hear our users are having issues, could you give us a bit more information on what it is that's happening?
Is your headset working for anything else or is this just happening on specific apps/games?
Our support team is here to help 24/7. We will work with you to get you back up and running in The Metaverse!

For about 3 months, when I connect to my PC via quest link and with a high-quality link cable, the following will happen:
- first attempts to load in, my PC will recognize my quest 3 as wired in and connected, but the quest's loading screen will get stuck loading for several minutes. After that, I'll get a popup saying that my computer was disconnected, and to unplug/plug in the cable to try again. This will happen indefinitely with retries. Rebooting my PC will "fix" the issue and at least get me to the next stage of shenanigans.
- phase two involves a frustratingly buggy link experience in-game. I can typically load into steam VR fine, but god FORBID I consider looking at my desktop with the link interface tied to my meta button. If I do so much as breathe funny (to be serious, there's no set action or timeframe that the following happens at), the interface will freeze for a second, disappear, and prevent any of my controller inputs from working. I'll see the VR game I was in and see my arms moving with my controller motions, but no button inputs, including the meta button, work. It's important to note that quest link does recognize my button input, so does steam vr, but the input doesn't actually do anything in game. The only option at this point is to force close the game using my desktop, then completely restart my link connection.
Other issues I've dealt with in these cases are controller inputs not being functional in-game at the launch of the game (but registered in the steam vr menu when tested), visual glitches after a few minutes of playtime (fixed by a reboot of the headset), and the inability to force close apps on quest despite their force closure on my PC.
My experience outside of steam VR is better, but not by much. The connection with desktop is definitely less fussy, but it has and will disconnect as I described above. It also doesn't get me past the issues with getting the link started at first.
Link cable connection tests show 2.9gbps speeds. Due to how wireless is set up in my home, wireless air link is not an option for me.
