Just want to add, I’ve been having the same issue. I hadn’t played in over a year and now that I’m trying to hop back in I was worried the headset was dead. This seems like a pretty important issue to fix, I sure hope it happens soon. Doesn’t do it when I’m on Airlink but the quality is very poor despite a wired connection so sadly SteamVR and Cable Link is how I would like to play if it would work for longer than 15 minutes at a time without a hard reboot to fix this freezing.

this issue us users have been having with the quest 3 randomly crashing and then glitching out half of one eye, and being shaky has been going on for over a year. when are you going to actually do something? i have been watching the boards on this issue for a long time and when anyone files a complaint, you all act like this is your first time hearing of it. is this an AI run board? all i see are the same generic leg work instructions you want all of us to do without any resolution. I feel like the only point of this forum is just to quiet the masses. is that what this board is for? tell you what. if a real person wants to actually work with a real person to resolve this issue beyond trying a bunch of generic steps that are used for every generic issue, you have my account info and therefore my email. you can email me directly and i will give you my phone number. we can have an actual conversation and maybe get some headway on a solution. otherwise i am just going to toss your device and go to a competitor that takes better care of their customers.
