I've done that earlier today. Hard to take a screenshot but the OP did it best with their image.
I did come across a reddit post where a user suggested killing all the OVR tasks in task manager on bootup, before manually launching quest link. I tried this and tested playing a game without crashing, so that might be a temp fix for now.

Unfortunately, it was only a temp fix. it delayed the time it took to crash, but crashes kept happening. I ended up uninstalling link, then deleting the AppData files, then reinstalling and it still crashes.
This has been extremely frustrating and I am unable to create content until this is resolved :(

Hi PRVR and thanks for the update.
If your PC meets our minimum Windows requirements for Quest Link, we would recommend checking that your graphics drivers are all up to date. If not, you can download the newest versions below:
Thanks for trying some troubleshooting steps. As they did not fix the issue, we would also like to advise checking for software updates for Quest then repairing the Link app:
- If Windows asks you if you are sure you want to open this file, click Yes.
- If Windows Defender prompts Windows protected your PC, click More info, and then click Run anyway.
- If your antivirus software restricts the file from opening, temporarily disable your AV and continue.
- Please remember to re-enable your antivirus software once you have completed the repair.
- Let the download run and finish, open the app afterwards.
If your Quest 3 still freezes or crashes after this, please send us a private message for further investigation:
- Select our name to get to our profile page, or click here
- Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us
Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message. Thanks.
