I had exactly this same problem (as in the OP's screenshot) happen twice while using AirLink on my Quest 3. All I had to do to fix it was to: (a) fully power the headset off and on, and (b), reboot my PC.

I've done countless reboots on both devices and still the same issue

Drivers, windows, app, everything. Moving to PTC gives me drivers to install and i do that and still. I've messaged you.
